With accreditation through internationally recognized SGS, systems are audited regularly to ensure compliance with the highest standards. All Manufacturing Operations are controlled using Standard Operating Procedures, Works Instructions and Process Audit Sheets. Non-Manufacturing activities are controlled with Works Instructions and ISO 9001 dictated Procedures and Systems. Any departure from a system or procedure is handled through the process of Non Conformance Reports, in which each problem is reported, the root cause identified, the cost estimated, and the corrective action to eliminate reoccurrence determined and implemented. A Quality Improvement Team, which includes all levels of Management, is convened on a monthly basis, to review the Price of Non Conformance, which is aimed at 0.2% of turnover.
