Research, Testing & Development

Melco operates a high technology research and testing facility at its premises in Germiston.  Our extensive research and development activities has enabled many of the innovations originating in this facility to become industry standards. All products are tested under laboratory controlled environments and according to Melco and/or industry standards, prior to field testing, and finally full-scale manufacture and supply. Melco actively participates in group research and development initiatives such as standardisation, sealing systems, noise testing and new product development.
