Conveyor idlers can be manufactured in “Garland” style idlers as required by operations.

 

Garlands can be made:

  •  For all types of rollers – Steel, HDPE SUPREME and Rubber impact or rubber disc.
  • In 2, 3 or 5 roll configuration.
  • With a variety of end connectors – chain, handle, bobbin or quick release.

Garland style idlers are often changed out to fixed frames

  • Ease of handling – Garland idlers are heavy and difficult to handle
  • Reduced costs – If a roller fails then only that roller is replaced rather than the set
